YOU CAN CHOOSE ANYONE, HERE’S WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE DREW & NICK
Drew and Nick’s professionalism, attention to detail and their commitment to work as a team to provide the best service possible, makes them the best real estate team we met in our military career.
The reason why I like to push for Drew is that when we were in Zurich, and Montreal, we contacted about 5 agents. Drew is the only one who answered.
Nick rose to the challenge of the limited time we had for our house hunting trip to find the house that fulfills our families needs. He truly wasn’t satisfied until we found the house that would work for us.
WE HELP YOU RELOCATE TO KINGSTON!
You’ve been posted to Kingston. Or transferred. Or have decided that the Kingston area is the destination of your retirement home or your investment property. Then the hard part begins: How do you find a Realtor you can trust in the Kingston area?
The most important thing in our business is the setting of expectations, and we have created this page so you understand exactly what you will receive from us, as we work to exceed the expectations we set. Every year, we provide the necessary help in relocating between 10-20 Buyer’s to the Kingston area for their next move in life. Here’s what you can expect from us:
1. Sense of Urgency: The quote “Deadlines spur action ” applies here. Our first correspondence usually involves a deadline: “We start work ____.” “We want to be moved in by ______.” “The kids start school _________.” Once that itinerary is established, and you’ve provided the “needs and wants” list, we get to work looking for the most options that fit your timeline and budget.
2. Availability: Here’s real estate summed up in a rant. Listening to the radio one day the host was talking about availability in sports; he says: “Do you know what makes LeBron James so great? He’s available. He’s never injured. He’s always there when you need him to be, and that’s part of being great at anything, is being available. You could be the greatest athlete in the world but if you’re not available to play in critical games, then what good are you to me?” You could be the greatest Realtor in the world, but if you do not answer your phone when called, or return texts and emails promptly, then you’re no good to anybody. It sounds easy, but you have to have a sense of urgency to want to help. We get that, and will prove it over and over during our time working together.
3. Excellent Judgement: Just as easily as being transferred into Kingston, you can be transferred out. We will go through every pro and con we can think of for the properties you like because making a good decision is more important than winning a multiple offer. You need to know that our judgment is not blinded by winning and we want to make sure you’re in the best possible position if your stay has been cut short.
