A graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Drew began his professional career in competitive golf, where strategy, precision, and performance under pressure were essential—skills that now define his approach to real estate.
Throughout his career, Drew has represented multiple builders in new construction projects, providing guidance from acquisition through sales, pricing strategy, and marketing strategy. This hands-on experience in new construction has given him a deep understanding of development economics, product design, and the importance of aligning supply with real market demand even though he is completely useless with tools.
Drew believes that every real estate purchase is an investment, whether it’s a primary residence, new construction, or an income-producing property. In addition to advising clients, he has personally purchased, owned, and operated student investment properties, giving him firsthand insight into cash flow, operating expenses, tenant dynamics, and long-term asset performance.
His approach centers on analyzing market data, identifying underlying trends, and applying objective insight to support every buying and selling decision.
